First Real Estate Social Hour (FRESH) was first held in 2013 to gather members of the local real estate industry and provide cross-networking opportunities. FRESH is held each January and has evolved into the premier networking event in the greater Portland metro area.
Volunteers from nine affiliated associations; IREM, CREW, NAIOP, BOMA, ULI, CAI, ICSC, NARPM, and SMPS come together to plan the event and as a result, professionals from the full spectrum of the industry including architecture, development, legal, brokerage, finance, marketing, property management, students and young professionals interested in real estate and more are encouraged to attend and connect.
FRESH has recently formed into its own independent 501(C)6 organization and is excited to continue hosting top tier events!
