In Fresherie Bistro we prepare light and nutritionally balanced meals from fresh ingredients. We prepare breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, offer a variety of office catering for area businesses, and specialize in private evening events. Our aim is to give our customers the energy they need to live, but also to bring them the true joy of food. Each week we carefully select quality meats, fresh fish, vegetables, fresh herbs and other ingredients to include in our menus to ensure a rich source of nutrients and energy in every meal. We choose suppliers who share our vision and deliver quality, fresh ingredients daily. We work with several local farmers. We pay attention to quality ingredients, honest cooking and professional service.
