Two founders met for jogging at the workout hotspot in Kokyo Gaien National Garden, Tokyo, for a refreshment after an exhaustive work day. The sweetness of early summer air, the breeze on face and the relief after sweating inspired the creation of FRESHLITE. We can easily feel the sense of freshness and lightness after a simple exercise such as jogging. So does a healthy life. If we eat well, absorb well, sleep well, able to run and jump all over the place, simple as it. However, the exhaustiveness of modern society, unhealthy diet everyday and fast-changing lifestyle all make these simple happiness almost unattainable.
