The firm was set up in 1994 by Managing Partner Jim Stafford purely as a niche Corporate Recovery & Insolvency boutique. Over the years we have developed our expertise in Forensic Accounting, Corporate Finance, Audit and Tax with the development of special in-house teams. Over the past 23 years we have advised firms in every sector and have built up unrivalled expertise.
