Since our founding, F&R has transitioned from a single chemical laboratory to a multi-disciplined, minority-owned firm with 11 locations serving the Mid-Atlantic. Our focus is to help clients by providing them with stellar service in environmental consulting, subsurface exploration and geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and special inspections.
