FITI is a playbook in the making, featuring insights from 100+ young founders to help students start their own initiatives—without relying on school support. Our end goal is to create a practical, youth-driven guide that makes changemaking more accessible for anyone ready to take the leap. On the way there, we’re gathering real-world experiences through interviews with young founders, and sharing their stories in a variety of ways. We’ll be publishing themed magazine editions that spotlight different founders, dropping exclusive merch, and sharing bite-sized Reels on social media—giving you a glimpse into their journeys, challenges, and lessons learned.
