FtB is a boutique financial services consultancy focussed on strategy and transformation. It was formed in 2004 by a group of former BT Financial Group executives with senior management experience in technology, operations, re-engineering and accounting functions. Specialising in advising on strategy and implementing transformation programs, FtB’s front to back office footprint is focussed on wealth management, investment banking, including foreign exchange and derivatives and insurance services. We have successfully completed assignments for all but one of the top five financial groups in Australia together with other leading global and niche firms in Australia and South Africa.
