FrontFace Ltd simply helps businesses shape and grow. Founded in 2016 as a direct response to the need, regularly experienced within many small to medium sized organisations/business units, to find creative and effective ways to re-shape and encourage growth without the costly time, resource and financial expense of engaging permanent new hires. During the Founder's twenty five year career in London as Publisher, Chief Executive and Executive Board member there were numerous occasions where access to short/medium term strategic, commercial and operational support would have proved useful in strengthening established product lines, exploring and capturing new growth areas. In the absence of access to good quality 'power house' support, the time consuming and expensive process of sourcing and on-boarding permanent new hire skills, all too often resulted in disappointment and failure. With over 25 years experience across a range of areas in International business, Anne-Marie Rice decided to address these needs and launched FrontFace to provide the short/medium term help many businesses can benefit from when fine tuning new strategies, re-structuring internal teams, positioning brands as thought leaders and providing commercial teams with re-invigorated impetus.
