Frontier Real Estate Partners acquires, develops and manages industrial and logistics properties along the Texas border, currently focusing on the tertiary markets of El Paso, Laredo, and McAllen. We pursue both a value-add portfolio aggregation strategy, as well as ground up development, as both have significant macro tailwinds in our target markets related to product movement and trade between Mexico and the US. Frontier's co-founders have extensive experience, having acquired ~2mm square feet of value add industrial and developed ~2.1mm square feet over the course of the last 5 years.
