Frontline Labs is an innovation community designed specifically for Australian veterans and their spouses. We exist to give veterans and their spouses a pathway to discover or redefine their purpose. We create an environment where veterans connect and collaborate with people of a shared lived experience, who have a motivation and drive to unlock their potential. Where they can feel a sense of belonging with like-minded people. Where they can work together in a modern way to incubate and accelerate business ideas. And we do this through the power of education, training and mentorship. We harness the skills, attributes and entrepreneurial spirit of veterans and their spouses and give them the tools they need to bring their ideas to life. Ideas that will make a positive impact and solve real world problems. We are sick of hearing that veterans are broken. So we are challenging the narrative and the status quo, fixing the model that is currently broken. We are starting a positive and proactive conversation about the options veterans have when transitioning to civilian life.
