Frontline Resilience Solutions (FRS) is a specialist network of lived-experience coaches, consultants, and sector leaders helping people stay in the jobs they love - without being destroyed by them. We work with individuals, teams, and organisations in high-pressure roles where burnout, emotional fatigue, and systemic dysfunction have been normalised as “just part of the job.” Our mission? Fix the system, not the person. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We don’t teach people to “cope better.” We rebuild the conditions that broke them in the first place. Led by founder Kelly Robson, a former senior housing leader and diagnosed-neurodivergent coach, FRS is powered by a delivery team including NHS professionals, GPs, ex-firefighters, former teachers, and sector-specific experts.
