He has broad and in-depth knowledge in all areas affecting a consumer-driven company with domestic and foreign operations. As a seasoned general counsel, his specialty is identifying practical approaches that take into consideration business objectives, appetite for risk and budgetary constraints. Complementing his legal degree (Stanford Law School, J.D. 1998), Fabio studied fashion design at Parsons School of Design (A.A.S. 2004).
