Frugal is an independent freelance Engineering Design Consultant providing a range of consulting & design services to clients in construction, engineering and manufacturing in Hull, East Yorkshire and throughout the UK. Specialising in mechanical & structural engineering design, 3D design coordination, and engineering & design related systems development, Frugal aims to create successful long-term working relationships with businesses of all sizes through a flexible & pragmatic approach, responsiveness & reliability, and attention to detail & high-quality deliverables. My engagements are usually on an ad-hoc freelance basis (i.e. fixed-fee/fixed-scope quoted work) or on a temporary/part-time subcontract basis (i.e. day-rate work), depending on availability and what will best suit your particular need.
