Fruit Control Equipments is a leader on the international markets in the field of controlled and generated atmosphere for refrigerated storage of perishable products, specifically, fruits and vegetables.
Experiments carried out in collaboration with the most important research centers in Italy and abroad, allow FCE to perfect the new technologies that correspond to the needs of vegetables, fruit, flower and cereal products. FCE has an organization for study, research and also production of controlled atmosphere plants, for Research Centers (i.e. pilot plants in Universities) and for industrial applications with experience acquired in over 60 years with a distribution network of over 50 countries worldwide and in continuous growth.
From the start of the new millennium, in collaboration with the San Michele all’Adige Institute in the Trentino region, the company started developing the most innovative storage technology for the first time in the world : Swinglos® Dynamic controlled atmosphere.
Industrial application of this technology is possible due to the fact that FCE has the necessary know-how in order to produce the most modern and sophisticated equipment for controlled atmosphere . Thanks to FCE, extremely precise O2 and CO2 values can be used and the necessary storage protocols can be applied. Plant management is achieved using our patented simple, intuitive software solutions.
