My name is Nestor Frutos and I am currently working to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have been boxing since the age of 9 years old and training other individuals (ages 6+) since 2010. As a child, boxing provided me with a safe community and allowed me to build my confidence, discipline, and strength. I wanted to start this business as a way to spread my love and passion for boxing as well as to assist others in their fitness/self-defense goals.
