About Frutos Boxing

My name is Nestor Frutos and I am currently working to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have been boxing since the age of 9 years old and training other individuals (ages 6+) since 2010. As a child, boxing provided me with a safe community and allowed me to build my confidence, discipline, and strength.
