FRY is a toolbox for First Responder mind-body wellness & resilience. F.R.Y. is a Method, designed specifically for First Responders, by First Responders. The FRY Method includes breathwork, trauma informed energetic yang and passive yin movement, positive affirmations, meditations and relaxation techniques tailored for First Responders, Dispatch included. FRY is proudly Canadian, proud of the service of First Responders, and proud to be “Giving Back to Those Who Serve”. Four delivery methods of FRY The Method: 1. The “F.R.Y. First Responders' Yoga.
