FS1 is Salzburg´s Community Television Station since 2012.
"FS1 - Your TV" offers Public Access Broadcast Services to the local civil society and education in production.
Owner and editor of FS1 is a non-profit limited company. Shareholders are the association of the program creators, Salzburg´s community radio Radiofabrik, the largest culture center of western Austria ARGEkultur, the social initiative Lebenshilfe, the umbrella organization of cultural sites "Dachverband Salzburger Kulturstätten" & individuals.
Trough participation of the producers in the ownership structure of FS1, the station can be considered as the first democratic television in Austria.
