Our Key technologies Remote Epitaxy & Two-dimensional material based layer transfer allows epitaxial growth on graphene and transferring to the host substrate. This technology gives Infinite reuse of parent wafer and fast layer release. We provide customized free-standing GaN substrates of various thickness as well as 2", 4", 6", 8" 2D GaN Templates, and GaN on 2D Templates.
