FSD Combat

FSD Combat is a mobile company based in Gauteng. FSD is all about empowering feminine souls, installing a great level of self confidence and physical wellness. FSD Combat offers 3 courses. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. Courses are 3 months each and include hand-to-hand combat training, anti-rape defense training, reaction drills and women-friendly weapons training. Emptying rage cups and having fun is the main focus of every session. Corporates: Invite us to participate in your corporate wellness day/team building event. Schools: Invite us to host a self defense demonstration as a fundraiser for your school. Gyms: Invite us to host a self defense training class at your gym. Although our main purpose is to empower females, we also offer Muay Thai and Dirty Boxing for the guys who need to increase their fitness and decrease stress levels.
