building a new facility within 1 mile of the Keeter location. The second CY yard is located at 360 Aqua

FSI also has a staff of 12 mechanics, who provide maintenance and repair services, at both CY yards, as
well as 11 satellite sites.

Five Star Transportation is an FSI subsidiary providing trucking services with approximately 50 owner /
operators.
FSI is a full service, single point of contact logistics provider for trucking, storage, warehousing,
