Future School Leaders is the brainchild of young 25 year old entrepreneurs who conceived the idea of Future School Leaders after spending a year visiting various holistic schools across India. During their visits, they realized that our current school system is based on memorization, fear and authoritative teaching. There was less of student participation and more of the race to finish the syllabus on time. Understanding the dynamics of India's classrooms, they felt that time had come to bring about a radical and innovative change in the lives of educators across schools in India. And thus they gave birth to the brand Future School Leaders. Future School Leaders is a company that inspires innovation in education by taking the responsibility of introducing Indian school leaders with global school leaders. Simply put, FSL invites individuals from India and around the world who are making a holistic difference in schools and sets up seminars where India's school leaders can attend to learn new methods of teaching in their classroom. FSL is based out of India's capital (Delhi). Comprised of a small group of creative minds who have taken social entrepreneurship to another level of awareness, makes FSL one of the smallest and fastest growing brand in the arena of progressive education for our schools. Knowing that change can only come when our school leaders are given the insight into the ways how students are taught holistically, is the only thing that can bring the change we as a nation want to see in our schools.
