FSM Pilot Recruitment assists airlines and operators in securing pilot talent by pre-assessing candidates in our simulator and in an interview scenario, at no cost to the pilot. Our talent pool can then be made available to airlines, bypassing the need for extensive in-house candidate filtering to ensure only suitable and eligible pilots are interviewed, ensuring a greater return on investment. We have an Airbus A320, a Boeing 737 NG and Boeing 747-400 simulator, accompanied by a fleet of instructors from various airlines, with a broad range of experience.
