Providing architectural consulting services to Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors to assist with project delivery from concept to close-out. The following services include development services, design and construction management, construction documentation, and/or construction administration: • “One stop” management services for Owners needing to select real estate and to steer the building delivery process. · Project management resource to Architects for the design delivery process. • Design and construction consulting services for large and small projects by private and corporate entities. • Work concurrently with Owner staff, stakeholders, and SMEs as an "Owner’s Rep". • Work exclusively for the Architect, Engineer, and/or Contractor to produce construction documents ready for municipal permit review, bidding & negotiation, and construction using state-of-the-art BIM technology. • Efficiency focused project management services for “first to market” and “fast track” project delivery methods. • Consulting services to Building Owners for specialty system design, such as, architectural, workplace solutions, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and IT. • Consulting services to Building Owners for maintenance (and preventative maintenance) of existing building systems, and consulting solutions to fix and/or remodel building systems and/or structures. • Provide construction documentation services to General Contractors for Design-Build or remodel projects. • Matterport 3D scanning of existing spaces for remodel and/or construction observations. • Photorealistic rendering and video services using Twinmotion.
