About Foundation for Technology & Business Incubation (FTBI), NIT Rourkela
FTBI is a technology & business incubator housed under Center for TIIR Building at National Institute of Technology Rourkela (NITR), Rourkela , Odisha , India. It was incorporated on 20th May 2016. It is a registered Not for Profit Section (8) Company which is recognized as Technology Business Incubator under joint initiative of DST and MHRD. It is also a recognized incubator under Startup India, and Startup Odisha. It is all set to contribute a small part to nation building by providing a vibrant and facilitative startup incubation ecosystem to the students as well as faculty members of NITR and startup incubates. It is endeavoring to create an entrepreneurial environment where product centric research efforts of hundreds of professors and thousands of students on varied subjects could be commercialized.
