Hubei Yuanda Fuchi Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as Fuchi Company) is a high-tech enterprise in Hubei Province, specializing in fine chemicals, agrochemicals, and pharmaceutical chemicals. It is a comprehensive chemical enterprise integrating research, production, and sales.

Fuchi Company originated from the Fuchi Fertilizer Plant of Huanggang Region, established in 1958. In 1997, it was restructured into a joint-stock company with the approval of the Hubei Provincial Economic Reform Commission. In July 2002, as part of Huanggang’s enterprise ownership reform pilot program, it was transformed from a state-controlled enterprise into a private joint-stock company. In February 2010, it became a subsidiary of China Grand Enterprises, under the control of Grand Pharma (China) Co., Ltd. (formerly Wuhan Grand Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.).
The company has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of dimethyl sulfate, 7,000 tons of nitromethane, and 150,000 tons of industrial sulfuric acid. Additionally, it manufactures tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris, Tromethamine), tris(hydroxymethyl)nitromethane, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride, ammonium bisulfite, sodium bisulfite, and imine complexes.
Leveraging its resources and industry platform, the company established Hubei Yuanda Fuchi Import & Export Co., Ltd. in 2023 to better serve both new and existing customers with high-quality products and services.
The company's nitromethane, dimethyl sulfate, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris, Tromethamine) were the first in the industry to obtain REACH, KOSHER and HALAL certifications.
