FUDOKAME aims to support farmers with safety-net against price fluctuation related to demand and supply of fruits and vegetables in food supply chain. Agricultural products are perishable in nature, for farmer it needs to supply to the market at prevailing prices to nearby market. The dehydration solution dry agro produce leading to improved shelf life and provides an opportunity to the farmer to sell it at right price in right market.
