Founded in 1995, owners Randall Fukuji, P.T. and Arthur Lum, P.T. have dedicated their careers to building a practice that encompasses their mission of delivering fun, happiness and compassion in serving their patients and community. Over the years, F&L has expanded to three main therapy clinics on the island, a pool site for aquatic therapy and a center for work hardening and conditioning patients.
