Fulbright Ukraine

The Fulbright Program awards approximately 9,000 merit-based scholarships in the United States and more than 160 countries every year to accomplished students, scholars, teachers, artists, and professionals of all backgrounds and fields. Fulbrighters study, teach, conduct research, exchange ideas, and contribute to finding solutions to complex global challenges. Since the inception of the Fulbright Program in Ukraine at the beginning of 1992, nearly 1100 Ukrainian scholars, students, and professionals have traveled to the United States for research or study in U.S. institutions of higher education. During the same period, more than 800 U.S. scholars, students, and professionals have participated in the Fulbright Program in Ukraine as university lecturers, researchers, and consultants.
