Founded in 2014 by two Art Therapists, we are a non-profit organization with a mission to provide a safe and supportive environment for people to explore their creative side and work through their mental health challenges.
We offer Individual Art Therapy sessions for focused one-on-one care; Art Therapy workshops to take care of your mental wellness and Group Art Therapy for you to connect with others through creativity.
