Full Circle Support Services

Full Circle Support Services is an approved NDIS provider that is committed to the delivery of the scheme across all of Victoria. We can assist you in identifying and pursuing your lifestyle goals by developing a plan and connecting you to mainstream or community services if you live with a disability. Upon meeting the NDIS eligibility requirements, we will help you engage with the NDIS and choose the reasonable and necessary supports you can receive. Our service is geared toward building the capacity of individuals and communities – recognising that economic and social participation are essential for a life of dignity. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for participants, their families, and their significant others. We are committed to helping participants and their families make their own decisions and foster independence. Support is provided to you by our diverse team of general and mental health nurses, allied health practitioners, and social workers. We are always guided by best practice and take a holistic approach to offering services. Our practice is based on the Victoria Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 and the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
