Full Circle Support Services is an approved NDIS provider that is committed to the delivery of the scheme across all of Victoria. We can assist you in identifying and pursuing your lifestyle goals by developing a plan and connecting you to mainstream or community services if you live with a disability.
Upon meeting the NDIS eligibility requirements, we will help you engage with the NDIS and choose the reasonable and necessary supports you can receive. Our service is geared toward building the capacity of individuals and communities – recognising that economic and social participation are essential for a life of dignity.

Support is provided to you by our diverse team of general and mental health nurses, allied health practitioners, and social workers.
