Full Development Agency Group

Full Development Agency Group (FDAG for short) is a social enterprise created to address the challenges of pollution caused by urban waste, unemployment, and climate change. We work in sustainable waste management, agriculture, and the environment in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Our objective is to combat the escalating threat of waste in urban and aquatic settings, particularly plastic waste, by implementing sustainable solutions like smart dustbins. Additionally, we aim to repurpose plastic waste into paving stones for construction, foster sustainable agriculture by providing farmers with organic fertilizers produced through the BSF System, address the energy and food requirements of communities, and generate employment opportunities for youth and women. Operating informally since 2015, the company first took the form of an establishment in July 2019 under the name Full Development Agency, then the corporate form in September 2021 with an addition of "Group" to the original name. Thus, Full Development Agency Group has been registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) since September 2021. The IoT Training Center was launched in 2022 with the aim of training and leveraging IoT technologies in different sectors, especially in waste management.
