FSPS was founded in circa 2005 and has been providing various services to the construction industry since inception. In 2019 FSPS evolved in a fully fledged B-BBEE company which is today 51% black owned. As part of its vision and strategic positioning in the market, FSPS has entered into an exclusive joint-operations agreement in May 2019 with the market leading Teplo-Hol GROUP of Companies which is the proprietor, developer and sole manufacturer of the renowned Teplo-Hol Advanced Thermal Barrier Coating System alongside other inimitable paint coating systems. Teplo-Hol has developed and now manufactures under licence the FSPS COOL COATING that embodies the objectives of providing the Property Industry; Commercial and Retails Sectors; Architects & Project Engineers with a solution that addresses large scale roofing refurbishments whilst reducing heat penetration into buildings by making use of the FSPS COOL COATING and accompanying systems.
