Fullgoal Asset Management (HK) Limited

Fullgoal Asset Management (HK) Limited ("Fullgoal Hong Kong") was founded in 2012, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fullgoal Fund Management Co., Ltd. ("Fullgoal Fund"). Fullgoal Hong Kong holds Type 1 (Securities Trading), Type 4 (Advice on Securities), and Type 9 (Provision of Asset Management) issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. Fullgoal Fund was founded in April 1999 and is one of the first ten fund management companies approved by the CSRC. With a registered capital of RMB 520 million, Fullgoal is also one of the first joint venture mutual fund companies in mainland China. Fullgoal Fund is headquartered in Shanghai, and has also set up branches in Beijing, Chengdu, and Guangzhou, as well as subsidiaries in Shanghai and Hong Kong. Fullgoal Fund is one of the very few "fully licensed" fund managers in the China market, obtained qualifications including public offering fund, segregated mandate account, investment advisory, national social security fund, basic pension fund, QDII, QFII, enterprise annuity, occupational annuity, and entrusted investment of insurance funds.
