Serious disparities exist across our society, this calls for a together approach to make a difference. I have experienced racial discrimination within education, healthcare, and the criminal justice system, but my experiences in life have given me the opportunity to educate individuals about the impact of racial discrimination, leading to a greater awareness and understanding.
I use my dedication and personal lived experiences of racial discrimination to support and educate others. I work alongside leaders using my expertise in coaching and neuro linguistic programming to create a more equal Wales.

• Creating safe spaces without judgement in order to explore the complexities of cultural inequalities
• Encourage professionals and organisations to fully understand the effects of racial disparities
