fulQrum -NZ real estate crowdfunding

FulQrum intends to establish a crowdfunding platform for property development. A FMA licence is currently being sought. It is the only crowdfunding platform for property developers to connect with a range of investors to fund their projects. FulQrum focuses on projects valued between $2 million and $10 million. We provide a platform to raise capital for property development as well as all the expertise required to complete a development project successfully, such as planners, engineering, architects, builders, accountants and lawyers. For example, someone interested in subdividing a piece of land, but who does not have the knowledge, is able to go to fulQrum and seek a total solution. An experienced developer, who may struggle to raise the funds alone, may also seek competitive form of funding from fulQrum to get the project off the ground. Property developers benefit by getting the cheapest form of an initial deposit for a project and access to the expertise needed to complete the project successfully. FulQrum investors enjoy armchair investment with high returns in a relatively low risk environment due to high levels of due diligence. The money is invested into property, which has a history of increasing in value. For some investors, this will be the only opportunity they have to invest in property and this may help them towards saving a deposit for their own home.
