Fund Her North

Fund Her North is a collective of over 28 women with combined investment power over £450 million in the North, is one of the signatories of the Investing in Women Code making real strides in supporting women entrepreneurs. Each of the members of the collective has already made a lasting effect on women entrepreneurs in the North with a combined investment track record of £75.5 million already invested in female led start-up businesses. Having launched virtually in October, Fund Her North is aligned with the strategic growth ambition of the Northern Powerhouse and is focused on facilitating investment in entrepreneurs in the North of England. In late October, Fund Her North held its first pitching event online and has a calendar of entrepreneur and investor online events planned for 2021. Using a data-led approach, Fund Her North is committed to openly sharing investment statistics and driving change-making conversations within investment to showcase ambitious entrepreneurs who are overlooked.
