It has performed studies and researches promoting open discussion about journalism, media, and democracy in Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina, Honduras, Nicaragua, Peru, Venezuela, Uruguay, and the U.S.
Fundamedios pursues the defence of democracy, Human Rights and fundamental freedoms by well informed and empowered citizens, so that no one can be silenced for having opposite views or being different.
Fundamedios promotes independent journalism throughout the Americas from two independent legal units that work in permanent coordination and leverage from the international team work.
