FundamentPlus biedt op eigentijdse wijze passende ambulante begeleiding, dagbesteding, woonbegeleiding en crisisopvang. We richten ons op jongeren en jong volwassenen tussen de 16 en 27 jaar met psychopathologische, verstandelijke beperking en/of gedragsproblematiek, psychosociale en psychiatrische kwetsbaarheid en jongeren met een vorm van autisme.
Daarnaast zijn wij gespecialiseerd in het begeleiden van jongeren vanuit de aanpak top 400 en top 600.
