We richten ons op jongeren en jong volwassenen tussen de 16 en 27 jaar met psychopathologische, verstandelijke beperking en/of gedragsproblematiek, psychosociale en psychiatrische kwetsbaarheid en jongeren met een vorm van autisme.
Daarnaast zijn wij gespecialiseerd in het begeleiden van jongeren vanuit de aanpak top 400 en top 600.
