funDAOmental is building an open ecosystem to work long-term on improving cooperative human coordination structures and outcomes. We are researching, experimenting with, and working on a variety of mechanisms to improve coordination, cooperation, community, and governance. Our goal is to enable productive human cooperation and collective meaning making at a greater scale, with a greater diversity of approaches, in coordination structures that are more dynamic and organic, and which encourage greater alignment, reciprocity, fairness, autonomy and productive participation. Ultimately, we'd like more people to be able to meaningfully participate in the decisions and efforts that effect them, in environments and structures that better support their needs.
