About Fundatia PARADA

Parada Foundation is a Romanian NGO created in Bucharest in 1996. It is part of the Federation of NGOs for children’s protection (FONPC) since 2002. The aim of the organisation is to help street children and youngs as well as homeless families thanks to various services like integration, social assistance, education and socioprofessional integration. The Foundation’s activity is granted by different prizes and distinctions obtained over all the period of activities: Prize UNICEF 2000, Prize ARTUSI 2000, Prize CLOWNUL SPERANTEI 1999 or Prize ALBERT SCHWEITZER 2000. The movie PA-RA-DA, produced by Marco Pontevedro, was a winner of Venice’s “Mostra” in 2008.
