As the name suggests, Fundisa was established with the vision and aim to create and establish a sustainable environment to educate, influence, teach, learn and mentor both skilled and unskilled groups such as women and youth and obtain practical experience under the guidance of experienced artisans, supervisors, managers and leaders in the Construction and Engineering industry. Fundisa is a young, vibrant, 100% woman-owned, Level 1 BBBEE Company. The Senior Management Team consists of Directors with more than 20 years Construction & Engineering experience and have successfully completed over 25 some award winning Turnkey projects in 5 different countries.
