Fundly is an Equity Crowdfunding platform run by Osool & Bakheet Investment Company (OBIC), and OBIC was granted approval by The Capital Market Authority (CMA) to experiment creating an equity crowdfunding platform. The platform was launched in 2022 as part of the Financial Technology Experimental Permit (FinTech ExPermit), under the management of Osool & Bakheet Investment Company. Based on this permit, Osool & Bakheet Investment Company will be able to experiment the Crowdfunding FinTech that allows investors to participate in funding small and medium size enterprises in exchange for shares in such enterprises. The service provided through an electronic platform owned and monitored by the company.
