Fundudzi Forensic Services was incorporated in South Africa, 100 percent wholly owned by Fundudzi Holdings (“Parent Company”). Fundudzi Forensic Services is therefore 100 percent BBBEE with 20 percent shareholding owned by women. Fundudzi Forensic Services was established with Ernest Nekhavhambe, a former executive of one of the biggest law firms in Africa as well as one of the big four audit firms in South Africa and a former state prosecutor at the Johannesburg Magistrates Court, as its Managing Director. The fulfillment of services is provided by Ernest Nekhavhambe, the Managing Director of Fundudzi Forensic Services. The ultimate delivery is in Ernest Nekhavhambe’s expertise and problem solving capability, coupled with an open mind and ease of communication. The end result is an established trust with complete customer confidence and satisfaction.
