Our organisation is a pioneer on the matters of research, conservation and promotion of the organisms belonging to Kingdom Fungi found in Chile, and is currently part of a solid mycological global network. THE FUNGI FOUNDATION holds one of Chile's largest fungal photo archives, a growing collection of biological specimens and spores, and an important mycological library - as well as over 13 years of field experience consolidated in the people who work with us. For THE FUNGI FOUNDATION, collaborations with diverse institutions, national or international, public or private - and the successes derived from these associations - are fundamental. We believe in the Foundation's contribution to Kingdom Fungi's global platform through serious, scientific and thorough work originated in our territory of extreme geography and invaluable richness. The invitation to be a part of our Foundation is to all those who feel an interest in nature, in human beings, in conservation and in life. The invitation is to “THINK FUNGI”!
