All of our products are produced with local, organic, and mostly rescued ingredients that are grown by passionate farmers. This way we can offer high quality products that reduce food waste while help small scale farmers to grow.
Compared to other companies that produce fermented products like sauerkraut or kimchi, we think outside the box and bring new exciting mixes into play. Also, we never pasteurize, which keeps all the beneficial microbes and probiotics alive, so that they can do good for everyone eating our fermented foods.
