We at Funky Flavor offer an ever-changing seasonal assortment of ready-to-eat fermented vegetable and drinks. Such as fermented butternut pumpkin with garlic, fermented sunroot with carrot or ginger water kefir. More than the delicious flavors our products come with a bunch of health benefits like helping your gut bacteria, helping your body to absorb nutrients, some studies even link fermented foods with a slower decline in cognitive function as we are ageing. All of our products are produced with local, organic, and mostly rescued ingredients that are grown by passionate farmers. This way we can offer high quality products that reduce food waste while help small scale farmers to grow. Compared to other companies that produce fermented products like sauerkraut or kimchi, we think outside the box and bring new exciting mixes into play. Also, we never pasteurize, which keeps all the beneficial microbes and probiotics alive, so that they can do good for everyone eating our fermented foods.
