CEO's walk the teens bsck from when they were their age to how they got where they are today and explain what made their success . They also talk about what they feel the aptitudes of success are for the future . The teens get a better feel of the various industries and connect with the CEO's and their values helping them better understand what type of industry motivates them or not and what values they want to build around .
