Future African Scientist

Future African Scientist (FAS) is a social enterprise founded in 2020 committed to equip early career scientists, undergraduate and upper secondary students in Africa with the skills, research infrastructure, and networks needed to excel as scientific researchers and entrepreneurs FAS offers both virtual and in-person training in research and people skills, plus internship and job placement services with leading organizations worldwide. Through our programs, we aim to democratize access to science education and nurture ambassadors, scientists, and entrepreneurs who are equipped to make science relevant to their communities by using their scientific and humanistic skills to tackle the most pressing issues and drive sustainable development in their countries and beyond.
