Future Athlete Lab

We are a student-led organization that strives to empower young athletes through sports science. We believe that athletic performance and science goes hand in hand, and by learning about the sciences that go into training and games, you can drastically improve your ability. On Instagram, we are actively providing informative posts related to sports and science that will challenge viewers to think about their respective sports differently by incorporating a scientific perspective into it. In the future, we hope to invite physiotherapists, sports psychologists, and professional athletes to talk about a variety of different subjects like injury prevention, mindset, nutrition, etc on a online webinar hosted by us!
