Future Controls, Inc. was founded and incorporated by James Norman Nevitt in 1982. He established the company with a goal to reduce our customer’s energy costs through the offering of a variety of services focused on energy conservation in air conditioning systems. Since air conditioning systems are the largest consumers of energy in the commercial and industrial sectors, our focus has been from the beginning to improve and maintain the efficiency of those commercial systems.
Mr. Nevitt established three departments essential for efficient commercial building management:
Building, Energy, Access, CCTV and Temperature Control Systems
Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration - Installation, Maintenance and Service
National Environmental Balance Bureau certified Test and Balance
In 2010, we added Electrical Service to our offering with the goal to provide a complete mechanical and electrical service to our customers.
