Future Forward

Future Forward is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering students to explore careers in business. Since our founding in September 2024, we’ve been on a mission to ensure that every middle and high school student can make informed decisions about their future before stepping into post-secondary education or the workforce. We’ve already reached over 300 students through our events—and this is just the beginning. Every high school student faces a pivotal question: What career will I pursue for the rest of my life? Unfortunately, many are funnelled into university programs or career paths before they’ve had the chance to truly explore their options or develop the confidence to pursue less conventional paths. As a result, countless young people miss out on opportunities to discover careers that align with their strengths, interests, and goals. At Future Forward, we are determined to change that. Here’s how we’re making a difference with our three core missions: Discovery: Using our FF Five Criteria, we help students find careers that match their unique traits—not the labels they’ve been given. Education: We create opportunities for growth through workshops, guest speakers, contests, and unique experiences that ensure students are well-prepared for their future. Promotion: We aim to engage everyone—empowering students to explore business and related fields, regardless of their background, skills, or preconceived beliefs.
